Next to “place your bets,” “all you can eat” may well be the most com-
monly used phrase in Vegas. Buffets are everywhere. I've tried to limit my
coverage to those buffets that give the very best value for the money, but
the truth is, you can usually scrounge up something appetizing and filling
at every single buffet in town. So, in the hope of being useful, here's the
M.O. of all of the major casino buffets in town.
