$-$$$ Tucked away in another corner of the massive Stratosphere, the rela-
tively new Naga (in the Stratosphere; % 888/458-3002; www.stratospherehotel.
com; Wed-Sat 5pm-1am; AE, DISC, MC, V) was still getting its footing when I last
visited. Though the place was quiet, it took about 20 minutes before anyone took
our order; and the waiter was totally stumped by our request to bring out soy sauce
with the sushi (it took about three tries before he brought out suitable dipping
bowls, thinking at one point that tiny sake glasses might do). More experienced
hands are in charge of the kitchen (thank heavens!), which turns out professional,
well-cut sushi and sashimi ($5.95-$7.25 for two pieces of nigiri sushi, $6-$7.95
for rolls) along with an array of dishes from all over Asia. Robust Chinese noodle
soups ($7.95-$11) are particularly recommended; as well as the Pad Thai
($8.95-$9.95), which had enough different textures to keep it interesting, and
