facility to simplify coding and debugging [2]. It has certain important features like
syntax highlighting, automatic editing, automatic code completion, compilation,
execution, debugging, access database, GUI builder, etc.

Browser Based IDEs are Integrated Development Environments that are accessible to
everyone through a web browser and an Internet connection. It is elevating the coding
platform to an online environment where OS issues are eliminated and hardware
independence is achieved [3]. It provides increased portability and accessibility. No
installation or downloading is required in order to use this. It can be used as a
programming environment for multiple people. It is software that is provided as a service.

Real Time Collaboration
Real Time Collaboration is a technique that allows two or more users to edit the same
file using different computers at the same time. This generally uses the Internet and
the presence technology for collaboration with the different users. Real time
collaboration is useful in applications like distance learning, code review, telephonic
interviews, etc.

An Internet forum is a discussion area on the website [4]. The members can post
discussions or queries. These can be read by other forum members. The other
members can respond to these posts.

A blog is a website where one writes things on an ongoing basis [5]. It is like a
