To design an efficient rule base approach for resource provisioning in hybrid cloud
environment. This will satisfy some basic objectives:

Proposed method for satisfy a minimum time-criticality.

Provide resources at minimum cost.
•
Support scalability.
•
Priorities the requests on the basis of resource requirement.
•
Give the optimal throughput (requests/time unit).
•
The main objective in cloud computing to improved resource utilization by
sharing available resources to satisfy multiple requests effectively and efficiently.
•
Provide the services according user need within the time without waste time for
waiting.

Resource Manager
Cloud computing is services based resources. In cloud environments, the customer
able to access only the services they entitled to use. The Entire applications may be
used on a cloud services basis. The Provisioning is the process of preparing and a
network to allow to providing services to users. The Resource management is the
efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are
needed. Eucalyptus, Hadoop and Open Nebula are open source cloud computing
framework. It has its own architecture.
Resource management system in data centers are support Service Level
Agreement-oriented resource allocation. The SLA Resource Allocator acts as the
interface between the Cloud computing infrastructure and external users/broker. The
user interact with the Cloud management systems by an automatic system like broker
who act on users behalf for the submit service requests from anywhere in the world to
the Clouds to be proposed. The resource provisioning stage is the time when the cloud
broker make decision to provisioning resource by on-demand plans it allocate VMs
to cloud providers for utilizing the resources. The provisioning stages based on
number of planning epochs that considered by cloud broker.
In these models all the requests of users for resources handle through cloud
