Quantity data item in the table.

Ratio data item in the table.

To format the table, click an item inside the table object to select it.

In the Properties pane, click the Select Ancestor button.

Click the Ta b l e object in the list.

Double-click the Margin property.
The Margin dialog box is displayed.

Set all margins to 25 pixels.

Click OK to close the dialog box.

Change the Horizontal Alignment property to Center .

Double-click the Ta b l e P ro p e r t i e s property.
The Table Properties dialog box is displayed.

Deselect the Collapse Borders check box.
The Cell Spacing options are now available.

Set the Cell Spacing to 10 pixels.
This adds spacing between the cells within the table itself to make it look as though
there are three different singleton items.

Click OK to close the dialog box.

On the toolbar, click the Bold button to change all the text in the table to bold weight.

From the Run menu, select Run Report - HTML to test your report. If prompted,
expand Employee by region and select Americas .
The completed report should look as shown in Figure 2.19.

Close IBM Cognos Viewer to return to your report design.

Save the report as Return/Ship Ratio by Location .
