From the dialog box, select
Sub-location (header)
.
This will be the area to add the sales information and the ratio.

Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
The totals for the location will now be moved to the top of the report.

In the work area, select the
List Header
for
Sub-location
.

From the
Structure
menu, select
Headers & Footers
and then click
Split List Row
Cell
. The entire row has cells for each column.
For the header, you want to merge the header for both sub-location and return reason.

In the work area, Ctrl-click the first two cells in the
List Header
for the sub-location.

From the
Structure
menu, select
Headers & Footers
and then click
Merge List
Row Cells
.
Now you want to move the totals from the footer into the header.
12.
From the toolbar, click the
Unlock (currently locked)
button.
13.
In the work area, drag the text item
Summary(Return quantity)
from the footer to the
matching cell in the header.
