View
menu, select
Page Structure
.

With the first inner block selected, Shift-click the fourth inner block to select all four
blocks.

Ctrl-click the last block and drag down to copy all four blocks inside the main block.
NOTE
Yo u could also copy and paste the selected block by using copy and paste
commands.

From the
View
menu, select
Page Design
to see the two sets of tabs.
We will now format the look of the second group of blocks. We only need to change the
look of the current tabs.

Click on the first new block to select it.
6.
Double-click the
Border
property to open the dialog box.
7.
Click the
Remove All Borders
button on the lower-left side of the dialog box.
8.
Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
9.
Change the
Background Color
to
Gray
.
10.
Click on the second new block to select it.
11.
Double-click the
Border
property to open the dialog box.
12.
Click on the diagram in the bottom of the dialog box to add a
1 point
,
solid
,
black line
around the
top
,
left
,
and right edges
.
13.
Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
14.
Change the
Background Color
to
White
.
