Click on the diagram in the bottom of the dialog box to add a 1 point , solid , black line
along the bottom edge only.

Click OK to close the dialog box and return to the work area.

Change the Horizontal Alignment property to Center .

Double-click the Size & Overflow property to open the dialog box.

Change the Height to 30 pixels.

Change the Width to 400 pixels.

Click OK to close the dialog box.
No floating will be applied to this block so that the content of our tab will be displayed
below these three blocks.

Click on the fourth block to select it.

Double-click the Border property.
The Border dialog box is displayed.

Click on the diagram in the bottom of the dialog box to add a 1 point , solid , black line
around the left , right , and bottom edges .

Click OK to close the dialog box and return to the work area.
