to select all four columns.

pane, change the
Horizontal Alignment
property to
Right

Click the
List Column Body

Forecast revenue
. Ctrl-click the
List Column Body
for
New forecast revenue
to select the two columns.

In the
Properties
pane, double-click on the
Data Format
property.
The Data Format dialog box is displayed.

Change the
Format Type
to
Currency
.

Click
OK
.
13.
From the
Run
menu, select
Run Report
to view the results. Figure 4.20 shows the new
cover page.

Close
IBM Cognos Viewer
to return to your report design.
