In the lower-left corner of the dialog box, click the

Step 4: Build the List Report
A list can be created directly by dragging the query from the
Insertable Objects
pane.
1.
From the
Data Items
tab of the
Insertable Objects
pane, drag the
Recruitment_by_
Organization
query into the
Page Body
in the work area.
2.
In the work area, click the
List Column Header
for
Organization name
to select it.
3.
From the toolbar, click the
Section
button.
4.
Click the
List Column Header
for
Branch
to select it.
5.
From the toolbar, click the
Group/Ungroup
button.
The list width will be different in each section based on the length of the data returned,
so we will set the width of the list to a fixed size.
