In-Depth Information
Once the cluster is up and running, you can use the command-line tool node-
tool to show various statistics about the nodes in the cluster. The option for no-
detool to describe the ring, its tokens, load, and the effective ownership of the
nodes in the cluster is nodetool ring . Just run the command from any node in
the ring to get an output of the entire ring's statistics. Listing 2.2 shows the usage
of nodetool ring and example output for a six-node cluster.
