The.biotech.pipeline.for.horticultural.crops.in.the.Asian.region,.coming.mostly.
from.public.sector.institutions,.is.a.rich.array.of.key.crops.and.traits.that.meet.the.
identiied.priority.needs.of.producers.and.consumers..It.is.essential,.for.the.present.
and. future. well-being. of. Asian. farmers. and. consumers,. for. these. products. to. be.
commercially.deployed.in.the.most.appropriate.and.timely.manner.for.their.beneit.
