There are many edible weeds that you can harvest to use in cook-
ing. Stinging nettles, dandelion greens, purslane, lamb's-quarters,

know exactly what plant you are harvesting before you eat it.

whole new outlook and even more choices to add to your dinner
table-and the weeds grew without any work on your part!
