Cucumbers and Skin
If you're exfoliating, hydrating, and moisturizing your skin but still
feel like you're not reaching that desired clarity and glow, try
working on your complexion from the inside. Packed with the
powerful combination of vitamin A and silica, cucumbers can help
repair connective tissue and skin. So, instead of buying that new
and improved face cream, include a couple of servings of cucum-
bers for that healthy skin you desire!
