From Salema, Sagres is a 20-minute drive or a 30-minute bus trip (runs every 1-2 hours,
bus stop is just below Pensión Maré—flag it down). You can check bus times at Salema

Some buses continue to Cabo
São Vincente, but not all; check schedules beforehand.
A taxi ride from Salema to Sagres costs about €25-30 (€60 for 1.25-hour round-trip,
plus €10/hour for waiting time in Sagres; see Salema's “Helpful Hints,” earlier in this
chapter). Taxi driver Vittorino can take you from Salema to Cabo São Vincente to Sagres
and back with short photo stops for €60 (mobile 919-385-139).
