3. Entry into force and application

Article 40(2) provides that the Customs Regulation shall apply from 1 January
2014, with the exception of:
(a)
Art 6, Art 12(7) and Art 22(3), which shall apply from 19 July 2013;
(b)
Art 31(1) and (3) to (7) and Art 33, which shall apply from the date on
which the central database referred to in Art 32 is in place.
