Article 65(2) provides that organisations meeting the criteria set out in Art
65(1), which have been recognised by Member States, shall be considered as
recognised inter-branch organisations under this Article.
T. NATIONAL WINE LEGISLATION

(a) Introduction
The Wine Regulations 2011, which came into force on 30 December 2011, 79
were promulgated to implement the relevant European regulations dealing with
the labelling and marketing of wine. 80 Section 4(2)(a) provides that the Food
Standards Agency is the competent authority for the purposes of the European
regulations.

(b) Protected geographical indications and protected designations of origin
Part 2 of the Wine Regulations 2011 deals with vineyard registers, PGIs and
protected designations of origin.
