17.10 Concluding remarks
In this chapter we applied the results of earlier chapters for the case of cyclic-
prefix systems. We presented CP systems with minimum MSE and showed how
to modify them to obtain minimum error probability. Many simulation examples
were presented to demonstrate various features of the optimal systems. In Chap.
18 we will present similar derivations for the case of zero-padded systems. A
few one-page summaries in Appendix I are dedicated to summarizing the main
results of this chapter.
