ZŌHIKO
OFFLINE MAP
( 象彦 ; 752-7777; 10 Okazaki Saishōji-chō, Sakyō-ku; 9.30am-6pm, closed Wed; Kyoto Kaikan/
Bijyutsukan-mae bus stop, bus 5 from Kyoto Station; 15min walk from Higashiyama Station, Tōzai subway line)
This is our favourite lacquerware shop in Kyoto. While the outside is nondescript, the in-
side is a treasure trove of beautiful lacquerware and there's a fine gallery upstairs. It's very
near Heian-jingū ( CLICK HERE ).
