An interesting aspect of these triblock copolymers is that no assembly was observed
from the polymer, where the two complementary blocks are connected directly.
No explanations were given about this drastic change in the aggregation behavior.
This observation is indeed interesting and rich information might be available, if
we look at the molecular origins of this difference.
