In-Depth Information
dynamic covalent duplexes combine the advantages of a programmable system with
the strength of covalent bonds, which provides a novel method of ligation under very
mild conditions in both nonpolar and polar solvents. These self-assembling, dynamic
covalent ligation units should open a new avenue to many previously unavailable
architectures such as block copolymers that are difficult to prepare based on tra-
ditional methods.
