Introduction
This chapter and the whole topic builds on two guiding principles:

Reporting allows you to make strategic decisions based on the knowledge acquired from
credible data sources. This chapter focuses on what steps you must take to identify and
define what business specific objectives an organization aims to achieve with the output of

product.
