Getting ready
You need to have a fully deployed Service Manager 2012 SP1/R2 environment that in-
cludes a registered Data Warehouse Management server with its prerequisite databases.
You will also need SQL Server connection rights to the Data Warehouse database server
that allows you to view and read objects using
Microsoft SQL Server Management Stu-
dio

MSSMS
).
A basic knowledge of SQL query syntax is recommended.
