Adding Active Directory user group and configuring the
reporting scope
Perform the following steps:
1. Still in the
Administration
node, under
Security
, select
Administrative Users
.
2. Click on
Add User or Group
from the ribbon and configure the required details
using the following table:

Browse to the Active Directory group (for example,
CM Report Viewers
)
Add the
Custom - Report Access Only
role you created in the security scope of this re-
cipe
Assigned security roles
Assign security scopes and collec-

Assign only the instances of objects to the specified security scopes or collections

Remove all, except the default security scope
3. Click on
OK
to complete the administrative user configuration for report viewers,
as shown in the following screenshot:
