ClickOnce additional requirements
ClickOnce installation requires the following prerequisites in addition to the requirements
discussed in this recipe:
• Report Builder must be enabled in the advanced properties of the Report Server in-
stance. This is enabled by default and can be verified in
SQL Server Manage-
ment Studio
(
SSMS
). The
EnableReportDesignClientDownload
prop-
erty must be set to
True
.
• The user must be assigned role permissions in the Report Manager application.
• The Report Server must be configured with the appropriate authentication. The re-
commended authentication method is the default configuration that uses
Integ-
rated Windows Authentication
(
IWA
).
