The Description field is not used within your code, so it is not that important; however,
if you are setting up this data source on a system that has other data sources, give it a
meaningful description.

The Host/Server Name field needs to contain the name of the machine that your MySQL
server is running on. If you just have this on your local machine, you can use localhost .
