for you. For example
phpESP
(the PHP Easy Survey Processor) from Butterfat
LLC, which is hosted at SourceForge (sourceforge.net/projects/phpesp), can be
easily downloaded. Creating the content in phpESP is straightforward, and there
is a demo at the site. The following shows a few screen shots from a session at the
demo site. It starts with the management interface.
We'll go on to create a new survey, but looking at the menu, we can see that
phpESP has a few convenient ways to report results from finished surveys as well.
