Note the Message-Id which has a newly generated ID number, but also a new
parameter, In-Reply-To, which has the ID of the original message. Also, in the
Subject line is the usual convention of the original subject text but prefaced

” character. This is called increasing the quote level. And
finally, we show one more message that is a reply to the reply.
