4.6 Land Use
In Chap. 2 , the land use change process is completely discussed; therefore, a very
short description about land use change and the current situation are described in this
section. The landscape in the Barcelonnette Basin closely resembles a mass-wasting
process and/or badlands. It is obvious that the landscape has primarily been affected
by the many geomorphological processes. There is, however, a direct relationship
between the landscape development and the geomorphological process. The
