Yoga
You can practise yoga almost everywhere in India, from Goan beach resorts to mountain
retreats in the Himalaya. Note that some centres are only open to experienced practitioners
- seek recommendations from other travellers, and visit several to find one that suits your
needs and ability.

yoga.
