This hotel restaurant is probably the best place in Chennai to savour the delicious flavours
of Tamil Nadu's Chettinadu region. Chettiar cuisine is superbly spicy without being chilli-
laden, and includes a good number of meat dishes. In good weather you can sit out in the
leafy courtyard.

asam , a kind of sweet rice pudding.
