ted centre, 5km inland at Saligao, offers a range of massages and other ayurvedic treat-
ments lasting from one hour to three weeks. Herbal medicines and consultations with an
ayurvedic doctor are also available. Professional courses are given here in ayurveda, yoga
and other regimes; enquire well in advance. For the more spontaneous, drop-in yoga
