Běijīng Capital International Airport
Currently the world's second busiest airport, Běijīng Capital International Airport (
Běijīng Shǒudū Guójì Jīchǎng; PEK; 6454 1100) has three terminals. The beautifully designed Ter-
minal3 (sān hào hángzhànlóu) deals with most long-haul flights, although international
flights also use Terminal2 (èr hào hángzhànlóu). Both are connected to the slick Airport
Express, which links up with Běijīng's subway system. The smaller Terminal1 (yī hào
hángzhànlóu) is a 10-minute walk from Terminal 2. Free 24-hour shuttle buses connect all
three terminals.
