To put it plainly, Bord Eau is a restaurant out of a foodie's
daydream. The classic yet updated French fare (onion soup, foie gras, chateaubriand, etc)
is flawlessly executed with flavours that are calibrated to perfection. The ambience is
formal without being stuffy. Good for a special occasion or serious date night. Find it
between the bridges.

at this swish nosh spot dreamed up by British celebrity chef Marco Pierre White. The din-
ing room gets theatrical flourish from a dramatic 'flame wall' but fortunately the culinary
pyrotechnics are kept in check in the kitchen. The emphasis is squarely on quality cuts,
prepared both in classic English style and innovative grilled variations.
