helmed by star chef Richard Sandoval who mines pan-Latin richness in such dishes as
pollo estofado

(wine) keep the bar hopping until the wee hours.

With its floor-to-ceiling archways, dark-wood
carvings and elegantly set tables, Al Nafoorah is poised to take you on a culinary magic
carpet ride. Nibble on a three-tier platter of olives, pickles, nuts and carrots while perusing

a classic mixed grill or seafood platter.

With a phalanx of Dubai's high-rises
dramatically unfolding across the water, it may be hard to concentrate on the food at this
buzzy pavilion hovering above the private marina of the ultra-swish One&Only The Palm
resort. Come for nibbles and cocktails in the bar or go for the full dinner experience (sea-
food ravioli, roast cod fish, mixed seafood grill) while a resident DJ plays chill tunes in
the background.
