The arrival of dolphins and sea lions in Bahrain has been well received by Bahrainis who
flock in large numbers to watch the daily 15-minute shows (check the website for current
timings). The resort offers the chance to swim with the dolphins (BD20 per person) - call
first to make an appointment.

range of water sports including short boat trips (BD5 per person), half- and full-day boat
charter (BD175/325 including captain and soft drinks), jet skiing (BD20 for 30 minutes),
waterskiing and banana boat, Coral Bay is one of the easiest ways to engage with the sea
in Manama. Diving is also available (BD24 for a tank dive; BD65 for a PADI course).
You can make a whole day of it at Coral Bay as there's a pleasant beach with facilities,
RayƩs (an excellent Lebanese restaurant) and Karma Lounge - a treat for serious
nightclubbers.

Courses in traditional Bahraini and Arabic art and music are sometimes offered for a nom-
inal fee by Bahrain Arts Society OFFLINE MAP (

Arabic-language courses are run by Berlitz (
