As of 2012, 25 member states plus Norway had adopted and reported
121 RBMPs for their national parts of River Basin Districts (RBDs),
out of a total of 170. Eighteen out of 23 had satisfactory flood risk
management plans lodged by March 2012 (see Figure 2.2).
