Yellow fever
This life-threatening viral infection that begins with flulike symptoms and
may include fever, chills, headache, muscle aches, backaches, loss of appetite, nausea and
vomiting. A vaccine is strongly recommended for those visiting any jungle areas that lie
below 2300m (7546ft).
