It's not a grandiose ruin or a majestic church or a jaw-dropping peak, but you haven't ex-
perienced Peru until you've sampled this nuclear-colored soda. It tastes faintly of bubble
gum (though it's allegedly flavored with lemon verbena). Most significantly, it's yellow, a
color that is widely believed to bring good luck. You can find it anywhere, but we recom-

cold) - a sweet balm for the heat of the northern desert.
