To visit most of the points of interest in the Colca, all foreigners are required to pur-
chase a
boleto turístico
(tourist ticket; S70). If you are taking an organized tour, this ex-
pense is generally not included. If you are traveling independently, tickets can be pur-
chased on most public buses entering or leaving Chivay or Cabanaconde.
