Include photos for each post (with targeted keywords in title) and at least
one related YouTube video somewhere on the blog.
These miniblogs will generate some traffic and money on their own and provide some very
powerful links to your main websites. I would recommend creating a Blogspot miniblog
and a Blogger miniblog for each one of your websites.
Blog and Forum Commenting
Commenting on blogs or within forums is another great way to get some backlinks and
strengthen your website(s). Even though these backlinks are somewhat weak, they are an-
other source of backlinks and every little bit helps! In addition to providing your website
with some backlinks, the main reason behind these comments is direct traffic from other
readers who like your comments and end up visiting your website.
Also remember that some of the readers may be webmasters, and if you develop a relation-
ship with them by creating a dialog through commenting, they may end up linking to your
website from theirs (that is the best outcome you could hope for from these efforts!). This
is the type of mentality you have to have when promoting your blog(s) when doing blog
and forum commenting.
When commenting on forums or on blog posts, don't forget these guidelines:

Sign every comment with your name and website URL.
•
Try to make each comment something that ADDS to the conversation.
•
Try to develop a relationship with other webmasters, so that you can later re-
quest links to your website or request to submit guest posts to their website
(with a link pointing back to your website).

Be honest and genuine in your forum commenting. If you're jumping from
forum to forum simply trying to pump out as many comments as possible
without adding anything to the conversation, it's not going to be effective for
you (a lot of spammers do this sort of thing and people hate it).
Do this kind of promotion through commenting for your blog(s) to get some direct traffic
and develop a relationship with other webmasters that could end up giving you links to
your websites.
