In-Depth Information
A simple way to find websites related to your website that may link to you is by doing a
Google search for your website topic. Once you do your search, just send out an email to
each and every website that has some kind of contact information. The email should be
something along these lines:
Subject: Interested in a Link Exchange from www.YOURWEBSITE.com
Message: Dear webmaster,
I am the owner of www.YOURWEBSITE.com and I really like your website. I also have
a website that offers great information on “topic.” If you would like to exchange links
(through guest posting or otherwise), I would be happy to do so. Please let me know if this
is something you would be interested in.
The link information is:
Anchor Text: Website Title
URL: www.YOURWEBSITE.com
Thanks,
Mike
Note: This is a numbers game. You may email 50 different website owners, get a reply
from only 10, and get an actual link from just five. Just email as many webmasters as
you can, asking for links. These links from other related websites are the BEST kinds
of links that you can get (to get some direct traffic from other websites in your niche
as well as boost your website in the search engine results).
Note: As I'm sure you are realizing, building this passive income website portfolio
takes a lot of writing. If you want to outsource your writing, there are resources for
doing that on my resources page: http://makemoneyfromhomelionsclub.com/resources/
(under “Content Creation”). Some of these services will even submit your articles for
you with the specific anchor text you choose. Even if you aren't financially ready to
start outsourcing the writing, I would recommend everyone eventually do it at some
point. That is the way to eventually grow this business exponentially and on auto-pilot
while freeing up your time.
