Staking out the middle ground between hostel and budget B&B, this powder-blue Victori-
an town house offers tidy rooms, bike storage and a free continental breakfast. It's family
run and very family friendly - not the kind of place for booze hounds, but then neither is
Llandudno. Kitchen facilities are limited to a microwave and kettle.

Hilton, if you believe Trip Advisor's 2013 rankings, this is the best hotel for service in the
entire world. It's a mighty big call for a small family-run hotel with no restaurant, room
service or dedicated reception staff, but the personable couple who run this little place
makes sure that it does what it does do well - and that's providing clean, reasonably
priced rooms and a warm welcome.
