After agonising over which Snowdon route to highlight, we settled on this one for three main reasons. Firstly, it's
reasonably straightforward and doesn't involve any difficult scrambles (that said, in snowy and icy conditions, the
descent on the Rhyd Ddu Path should only be undertaken by experienced mountaineers equipped with crampons
