(29 September) and for the occasional funeral. The main item of interest inside is a stone
effigy of Gruffydd ap Dafydd Goch, the grandnephew of Llywelyn ap Gruffydd, the last
native Prince of Wales. If the church is locked, ask for the key at the Railway Museum.
Activities
The Rivers Conwy and Llugwy are rich with salmon in autumn. Outdoor shops are strung
out along Holyhead Rd, selling equipment and specialist references for walkers, climbers
and cyclists.
