Tenby Arts Festival

ues around town, the annual arts fest features everything from poetry readings by Caldey
Island monks to sandcastle competitions. Expect classical concerts, talks about seaweed,
piano recitals and Tenby's fine male voice choir in between.

Trevayne Farm

clifftop-field site on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path has beautiful sea views and segregated
areas so back to basics tenters can avoid the looming motorhomes. The campsite is 3
miles north of Tenby just off the A48.

marthen Bay, this country-house hotel is built on the site of an ancient monastery and of-
fers beautiful sea views. Expect high ceilings, huge windows, roaring fires and leather
Chesterfields in the main house where the bedrooms have four-poster beds and floral car-
pets. Rooms in the Coach House have a more cottagey feel, while St Deiniol's Lodge is
decked out in far more contemporary style. The restaurant serves an understated but im-
pressive French-style menu. The hotel is 2 miles southwest of Tenby along the A4139.
