upmarket Turkish restaurant. Jutting out over the water on its own private pier, Bosphorus

chic haven for the city's vegerati, Milgi serves a seasonally affected menu of meat-free
pasta, burgers and curries, including options for the discerning gluten-free vegan. Acous-
