Tsh20,000, ste Tsh35,000; ) With bright, large and clean no-frills rooms with fans, it's
worlds better than the more well-known and more expensive Kilimanjaro Backpackers a
block away. There's a roof-top bar and restaurant serving a limited menu of local meals like
chicken and chips at fair prices. Breakfast costs Tsh3000.
Zebra Hotel HOTEL $
( 027-275 0611; New St; s/d/tr US$30/35/45; ) A newish high-rise with big rooms

about there taking in some of the best mountain views available in Moshi. There's no elev-
ator, but if you're here to climb Kilimanjaro it shouldn't matter.
