GETTING THERE & AWAY
Air
Julius Nyerere International Airport is the arrival point for overseas flights and the hub for
domestic services. The airport has two terminals. Most regularly scheduled domestic flights
and all international flights depart from Terminal Two (the 'new' terminal, and the first one
you reach coming from town), while many flights on small planes and most charters depart
from Terminal One (the 'old' terminal), about 700m further down the road. Verify the de-
parture terminal when purchasing your ticket.
