The sites
at this excellent camp are dotted around the base of the Spitzkoppe and surrounding out-
crops. Most are set in magical rock hollows and provide a sense of real isolation. Facilities
at the entrance include a reception office, ecofriendly ablutions blocks and
braai
stands,
plus a bar and restaurant. The site was taken over by a private investor in mid-2012, who
has pledged to upgrade the facilities while ensuring the local community continues to be-
nefit from the enterprise.
